Yehudit Mor-Samoha

Adv. Yehudit Mor-Shmucha joined the firm in 2020 after completing an internship in the Fiscal Department of the State Attorney's Office, where she practiced mainly the preparing of tax appeals to the Supreme Court. Yehudit served as a lecturer in the 'Law-Seeking Youth' program at Bar-Ilan University, and as a research assistant to Professor Tzili Dagan in the field of international taxation. Yehudit specializes in rendering professional legal opinions in the field of taxation, representing in tax assessment disputes, and analyzing tax aspects of complex economic operations, both of Israeli individuals and non-residents, and of Israeli and international corporations.
